Do not include what should or could have happened.
Do not include causes or theories in the timeline.
Add events that happened before or after the main incident including those taken to address the problem.Â
Include events when the problem became bigger or smaller.
Include events that are linked to possible causes.
Use multiple timelines if there are varying time scales (like events in years and also minutes)
